Please note the following corrections in the Judgment dated 7 October 2011:

Para.4K-L on page 3 “complex pain regional syndrome” should be “complex regional pain syndrome”

“CPRS” at para.8A-B on page 6, para.9T-U on page 6, para.10K on page 7, para.11P-T on page 7(four instances) and para.11B on page 8 should be “CRPS”

Para.14M on page 9 “…in his much report dated 11 March 2011….” Should be “….in his much later report dated 11 March 2011….”
