COURT: Leung Tak-wing stand up. Leung Tak-wing, you are not a man of previous good character. For no good reason you trespassed into part of a building which you knew full well that you should not.

For good reason the deceased, being the watchman/caretaker of that building, challenged your motive. For no good reason you retaliated with a degree of violence that one can only describe as astounding.

There is evidence that you stopped only because a passer-by thought you were completely out of line and shouted out for you to stop.

Because of your bad temper a senior citizen of excellent health and twice your age died as a result of doing his duty.

As required by law I sentence you to life imprisonment.
