The following amendment is made on the Paragraph 12 of the Reasons for Decision handed down on 23^rd September, 2011:-

12. Regarding proceedings up to and including 29^th July, 2011, the Plaintiff do pay the Defendant’s costs.  For the hearing on 23^rd September, 2011, the Defendant do pay the Plaintiff’s costs.  The costs for both occasions to be taxed, if not agreed.
