1. This action arises out of an accident which took place at about 3:00 p.m. on 5 February 2007 (“the Accident”). The plaintiff Cheung Kwok Keung (“ Cheung ”) sustained hip injury after falling onto the ground at an open area owned by the 3 rd , 4 th and 5 th defendants (collectively “ Other Defendants ”).
