Reasons for Sentence

---------------------

1.I agree with your lawyer that the usual sentence for non-domestic premises is 2½ years, that is 30 months. I understand that this is not a straitjacket but I see nothing special in your mitigation. I see no reason to depart from the usual starting point.

2.I adopt a starting point of 30 months. I will give you full credit for your guilty plea and reduce it to 20 months. I note that you have two previous for dishonesty but I am not going to increase the starting point; that is already very lenient.
