Please note the following correction in the Judgment of the above case given by Mr. Recorder Shieh SC on 28 February 2012 : -

(1)	Page 1, the “Appellant” after “惠州市東方聯合實業有限公司” should be amended to read “Applicant”;
(2)	Page 15, last paragraph, “for the plaintiff” should be amended to read “for the applicant”, and “for the defendant” should be amended to read “for the respondent”.
