1. This is a dispute between the parties on a certain area of parking space (“ Space ”) in front of the cargo lifts of the G/F of Kwai Wan Industrial Building, Kwai Chung (“ Building ”). The Plaintiff is the manager of the Building and it alleges that Defendants have trespassed into the Space by allowing a MGV No. LA260 and 2 forklift trucks, all owned by the 1 st Defendant, parked and left unattended at the Space since about 20 April 2010.
