	(1)	Page 2, paragraph 2, line 7, “17 November 2010” should be amended to read “16 November 2010”;
	(2)	Page 5, paragraph 12, line 10, “The plaintiff’s solicitors” should be amended to read “The defendant’s solicitors ”;
	(3)	Page 7, paragraph 17, line one, “Order 32 rule 1 (2)” should be amended to read “Order 35 rule 1 (2)”.
