The plaintiff’s pleaded case is that the plaintiff had since late 1979 been owned by Sean Eric Hotung (“Sean”), Mara Tegwen Hotung (“Mara”), Gabrielle Marie Hotung (“Gabrielle”), Sheridan Patricia Hotung (“Sheridan”), Michael Hotung, and Anthony Eric Ryan Hotung.
