1. The defendant is alleged to have burgled a premises which was used for the recycling of waste paper and metals sometime between 8 pm on 11 March 2011 and 12 March 2011. A surgical mask (mask) was found inside the premises. The defendant’s DNA matched the DNA found on the mask.
