1. Defendant, you have pleaded guilty to the 1st charge on the indictment, the charge of possession of a dangerous drug, contrary to section 8(1)(a) and (2) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, the particulars being that on 18 July of last year you had in your possession 1.17 grammes of methamphetamine hydrochloride, otherwise known as “Ice”.
