In this action, the Plaintiff (“ Madam Wong ”) claims against both defendants under the Fatal Accidents Ordinance (Cap 22) (“ FAO ”) and the Law Amendment and Reform (Consolidation) Ordinance (Cap 23) (“ LARCO ”) for the fatal injuries sustained by her late husband, Mr Wong Chi Pang (“ Deceased ”) on 4 August 2007 while he was working at a two-storey building (“ Building ”) inside Gut Cheung Yuen (吉祥院) of Tung Po Tor Monastery (東普陀講寺) in Tsuen Wan (“ Accident ”).
