1. The defendants herein, D1 and D3 on the indictment and so termed throughout, are jointly charged with Yu Tin-sun and Chan Wai- ming, D2 and D4 respectively, with one count of burglary, contrary to Section 11(1)(b) and (4) of the Theft Ordinance, Cap 210. They each denied the charge of burglary that each faced. The particulars of charge are that between 14 April 2011 and 15 April 2011, both dates inclusive, having entered as trespassers part of a building known as Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Gar
