1. Having considered the written grounds in support of this application, the written submission handed to the court this morning and the oral submission by Mr Durrant. I am not satisfied that the present case involves a point of great and genuine importance that the applicant had suffered substantial and grave injustice. The application for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal is dismissed.
