In the Judgment of the above case given by the Court of First Instance on 25 May 2012, the correction reads as follows: -

In paragraph 51 of the Judgment, the words “for human” should be deleted from the quotation from the Hong Kong Civil Procedure 2012, Vol 1, §14/4/14 so that the passage quoted should read as follows:-

“An analysis of the authorities as to what orders should be made where the defendant raises a set-off or counterclaim shows that there are four different classes or groups of such orders, namely:…”
