1. This is the 1 st defendant’s application by summons dated 27 October 2011 to strike out the plaintiff’s statement of claim insofar as it concerns him. The application was made pursuant to all the grounds under Order 18, rule 19 of the Rules of the High Court. At the conclusion of the hearing on 31 May 2012, I dismissed the application with costs.
