Kindly note the following corrigenda in the Judgment handed down on 1 November 2012:-

at page 15, paragraph 29, line 3

“Finally, there will be a costs order nisi that the Plaintiff is entitled to costs of the assessment, on District Court scale, on party-and-party basis, to be taxed, if not agreed., including Certificate for Counsel for hearings from 8 to 10 October 2012 and all costs reserved. The Plaintiff’s own costs are to be taxed in accordance with Legal Aid Regulations.
