We have come to a decision as to the course we ought to take in this matter and we will announce our decision now. We will reduce our reasons for that decision into writing which we will hand down in due course. 2. Our decision is that the solicitor is to remain censured; that the penalty imposed be reduced from $250,000 to $50,000; and that the costs of and incidental to the proceedings and of the previous inquiry and investigation be taxed by a master on a full indemnity basis (if not agreed) one third of those costs to be paid by the solicitor.
