In paragraph 3, the last line, “It is also alleged that Mr Raymond Kwok, Mr Chan and a 5th defendant conspired with Mr Hui to offer an advantage to a public servant.” should read “It is also alleged that Mr Raymond Kwok conspired with Mr Hui to offer advantages to Mr Hui, a public servant. It is further alleged that Mr Chan and a 5th defendant conspired with Mr Hui to offer an advantage to Mr Hui, a public servant.”
