1.Counsel for the appellants said in good faith that due to the complexity of the case, he considered the case cannot be finished in one day as scheduled. A two day hearing is required. While the application to adjourn should have been made earlier, balancing the undesirability of having a complicated case part heard, I will grant the adjournment.
