(1) On page 20, paragraph 87, lines H and I should read “The plaintiff is to pay the 2^nd defendant’s costs of the 2^nd defendant’s summons as well as the 2^nd defendant’s costs in defending this action including all costs previously reserved as between the plaintiff and the 2^nd defendant to be taxed if not agreed”.
