Paragraph 1 of the Reasons for Decision
“…Based on the judgment the plaintiff has issued a bankruptcy petition against the defendant. The hearing of the petition is 27 February 2013….”
should read as
“…Based on the judgment the plaintiff has issued a statutory demand against the defendant. The hearing of the setting aside of the statutory demand is 27 February 2013….”
