Kindly note the following corrigenda in the Judgment handed down on 21 February 2013:-

1.at page 8, paragraph 31, line 2 should be read as:-

“It means therefore that Dr Lee does not consider the breaks between such sick leaves up to 29 December 2009 appropriate.”

2.at page 28, paragraph 128, line 2 should be read as:-

“…totaled 490 days (i.e. 17 July 2008 to 5 May 2009 and 16 June 2009 to 29 December 2009).”

3.at page 28, paragraph 129, line 1 should be read as:-

“Loss of income and MPF for these periods up to 29 December 2009:- $6400 x 490/30 x 1.05 is $ 109,759.99.”

4.at page 29, paragraph 137, line 1 should be read as:-

“Total award here is $109,759.99 + $26,880 = $136,639.99.”

5.at page 34, paragraph 160, should be read as:-
