1. This is an application for leave to apply for judicial review. The Applicant is a torture claimant. There is very little detail contained in the Notice of Application and the supporting Affirmation to support the application. Hence I ordered a hearing of this application. The Applicant has failed to appear at this hearing and the application is accordingly dismissed.
