Please note the following corrigenda in the Judgment of the above case delivered by the Court of First Instance on 6 May 2013. 

1.At page 17, line S, the word ‘2011’ should read ‘2001’.

2.At page 19, line L, the word ‘two’ should read ‘three’.

3.At page 97, line Q, the second set of words ‘show that’ should be deleted.
