1. Madam Chu Mui Ying Carmen (“Madam Chu”) was at the material time employed by Primotex Button Hong Kong Limited (“Primotex”) as its administrative manager. Her husband Mr Ho Kai Wah (“Mr Ho”) was at the material time the managing director and an employee of Primotex. Madam Chu and Mr Ho were the bank signatories for Primotex’s account in Hong Kong.
