Application for Costs of Appeal
1.On costs of the application, the Court make the following order:
(a) The costs order nisi be varied and be substituted by an order that save for the costs of the hearing on 1 December 2011, for which no order as to costs is made, the Applicant do pay the Respondents the costs of and occasioned by this appeal, with a certificate for three counsel, to be taxed if not agreed.
(b) No order be made as to the costs of the application to vary the costs order nisi.
