1. Defendant, you have pleaded guilty to one offence of theft, contrary to section 9 of the Theft Ordinance, Cap 210, and to one offence of fraud, contrary to section 71 of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap 200. Another offence that you faced was an alternative charge and that was access to a computer with criminal or dishonest intent, contrary to section 161(1)(b) of the same ordinance and was an alternative charge, as I said, to Charge 2.
