The following corrections have been made to the Judgment dated 23 July 2013:-

1.  Page 32, paragraph 84, line 7: “It was only until July 2009 that the Plaintiffs required” should read as “It was only in July 2009 that the Plaintiffs required”.

2.  Page 33, paragraph 86, last sentence should read as “This was despite the fact that he had already acquired the ¼ undivided share in the Land from each of the 2^nd fong and 4^th fong in January 1997”.

3.  Page 40, paragraph 104, line 3: “his co-owners of a land by providing ouster” should read as “his co-owners of a land by proving ouster”.
