1.  Please note the following correction in the Decision of the above case given by Deputy High Court Judge Marlene Ng on 28 August 2013 : -

(1)   Page 29, paragraph 69(a), line 1, “issues” should be amended to read “issue”;

(2)   Page 29, paragraph 69(a), line 2, “the open market value of the Subject Property as at 22 November 2008 and (ii)” should be deleted;

(3)   Page 29, paragraph 69(a), line 4, “Expert Issues” should be amended to read “Expert Issue”;

(4)    Page 30, paragraph 69(c), line 5, “Expert Issues” should be amended to read “Expert Issue”.
