1. This is a dispute over an alleged partnership in connection with certain business carried out in the Mainland. The plaintiffs are Taiwanese. By a consent order made on the application of the plaintiffs and the 3 rd defendant and dated 11 January 2012, the plaintiffs were ordered to provide security for the costs of the 3 rd defendant in this action up to the conclusion of trial in the sum of HK$600,000.
