Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 30 September 2013 :-

page 26, paragraph 37, line 14 “an electric dump” should be read as “an electric pump”; and

page 26, paragraph 37, line 16 “According to PW1” should be read as “According to PW2”; and

page 33, paragraph 47, line 4 “by pawing it and treated it as his own” should be read as “by paving it and treated it as his own”.
