1.Under paragraph 49 at page 22, it is amended as “Such costs are to be taxed on District Court scale if not agreed with counsel certificate.   In view of the complexity of the applications, I allow certificate for one counsel for the respondent.  This is an order nisi to become absolute within 14 days if no application is taken out to vary the same.”
