Please note the following amendments in the Judgment handed down on 28 November 2013:

(1) On page 3, paragraph 7, line Q, “he claims the driver of the black car for the accident”should read “he blames the driver of the black car for the accident”.

(2) On page 6, paragraph 18, line Q, “consultating neurologists”should read “consulting neurologists”.

(3) On page 8, paragraph 23, line G, “fats and liquids”should read “fats and lipids”.

(4) On page 10, paragraph 29, line A, “when it comes to seating”should read “when it comes to sitting”.
