(1) Page 42, paragraph 100, lines M to N, “before he commenced the present action” should be amended to read as “before the plaintiff commenced the present action”; and

(2) Page 61, paragraph 145, line B, “The defendant’s evidence” should be amended to read as “The plaintiff’s evidence”.
