Please note the following corrections in the Judgment dated 22 November 2013:

1.Paragraph 9, line 4 “Tin Shui Estate” should read as “Tin Shui Wai Estate”;

2.Paragraph 13, line 5 “sideways onto the deceased” should read as “sideways to the deceased”;

3.Paragraph 15, line 5 “Chui Hung Bar” should read as “Choi Hung Bar”; and

4.Paragraph 44, line 7 “the verdicts of Guilty or Not Guilty” should read as “the verdicts only of Guilty or Not Guilty”.
