1. These are applications for leave to appeal against the decisions of the Small Claims Tribunal (“ the tribunal ”) dated 23 September and 4 November 2013 respectively. The applicant was the claimant in the 4 related claims lodged with the tribunal. The issues involved are common among the said claims (and hence these applications).
