1. This appears to me to be a satellite litigation arising out of the dispute between the parties concerning administration of their mother’s estate in HCMP 534/2013. That piece of litigation should be the main dispute between the parties and their efforts, costs and time should be concentrated on that case.

HCA 89/2014 IN THE HIGH COURT OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE ACTION NO 89 OF 2014 ____________
_____________ D E C I S I O N _____________ 1.This appears to me to be a satellite litigation arising out of the dispute between the parties concerning administration of their mother’s estate in HCMP 534/2013. That piece of litigation should be the main dispute between the parties and their efforts, costs and time should be concentrated on that case. 2.In respect of today’s application for an injunction the defendants have filed, at the very first opportunity, on 23 January, a statement giving an undertaking which with some minor adjustments, are acceptable to the plaintiff. These undertakings ought, in my view, be sufficient to provide temporary protection to the plaintiff until the next return date. 3.Accordingly, upon the defendants’ undertaking jointly and severally by themselves, their agents or servants:
the summons is adjourned to 8 May 2014 at 9.30 am before me with 30 minutes reserved. Parties are to personally attend. 4.Costs are reserved. There be liberty to apply.
