Please note the following corrigendum in the Decision dated 17 February 2014:

1.In paragraph 5, in the first sentence, delete “asserts” and substitute with “assets”.

2.In paragraph 41, in the last sentence, insert “of” between “standard” and “proof”.

3.In paragraph 43(2), in the last sentence, delete “the” before “Ablyazov’s”.

4.In paragraph 23(c), delete the last word “effort” and insert “effect”.
