1.The affirmation of the plaintiff, Leung Pui Chun, is not challenged. I accept her evidence. There is ample evidence to support her case for adverse possession of the property known as Flat C, 10th Floor, 95-99 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon. I therefore make an order in terms of paragraphs 1 to 4 of the originating summons.

2.No order as to costs for these proceedings.
