1. 2012 年7 月7 日，申請人的兒子梁健 (死者) 被業主發現在其租住的房間上吊，救護員到達後證實死者已沒有生命跡象，警方初步調查發現此案不涉可疑或刑事成份，死者的屍體被移送至公眾殮房。
