1. This is a case of wounding with intent and criminal damage. One charge of wounding with intent [1] was laid against D1, D3 and D4. It relates to an incident (“the first incident”) happened at about 2000 hours on 31 March 2013. The victim, Mr. Hazrat Gul (PW1), was attacked by a number of assailants whom PW1 identified to be D1, D3 and D4 to be three of them (Charge 1).
