The following corrections in respect of the Decision of the above case given by Recorder L. Wong SC on 22 April 2014 should be noted:-

1.Page 25, the second sentence of paragraph 42 should read: “The short answer to such objection is that the English translations should be verified to be full and accurate (if necessary by involving someone who can read doctors’ handwriting in German) and that Dr Förstl has already included in his report summaries of the information that he has obtained from the various interviewees.”

2.Page 29, the first sentence of paragraph 49 should read: “However, I think one can be forgiven for not showing the Defendants the sympathy that is usually extended to the party at the receiving end of this kind of application.”
