Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 10 June 2014:

1.In paragraph 1, insert “(Charge 4)” at the end of the second sentence.

2.In paragraph 7, after the fourth sentence, insert the transcript of the trial in the appeal bundle at page 149 I to T.

3.In paragraph 7, in the last sentence, “council” should read “counsel”.

4.In paragraph 13, insert after s 56 “of the Road Traffic Ordinance”.
