1.I have dealt with the preparatory applications which preceded the hearing of this Amended Petition.

2.I am satisfied on the material before me that the order sought in this application should be granted. I should mention in particular that 2 minor non-compliances and an arithmetic error have been brought to my attention. They are minor in nature and do not impact upon the merits of this application.

3.Accordingly, I grant an order on the Amended Petition as per the draft before me as amended.
