I have before me two originating summonses issued on 27 March 2014 seeking orders pursuant to Section 122 of the Companies Ordinance, Cap 32, extending time for the companies to lay their profit and loss account and balance sheets before the companies at annual general meetings for the years ending 31 December 2007 to 31 December 2012 and 31 December 2006 to 31 December 2012 respectively.
