Notice is hereby given that the following amendment be made to the judgment of 26 May 2014:-

1.Paragraph (3) on page 21 be amended as underlined as follows;

“ Damages against D1 are assessed at $219,740.90 with interest on general damages at 2% per annum from the date of filing of the Writ until the day of this assessment and thereafter at judgment rate and interest on special damages at half judgment rate from the date of accident to the date of this assessment and thereafter at judgment rate.”

2.Paragraph (4) on the same page be amended as underlined as follows;

“ Certificate for counsels be issued. Costs against D1, to be taxed if not agreed.”
