Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Anthony Chan on 25 November 2014:-
(1) Page 15, paragraph 48, 4th line, the words “D1’s explanation” should read as “D5’s explanation”;
(2) Page 20, 1st line, the words “I do believe” should read as “I do not believe”.
