1. There are 3 defendants in this case, all facing one joint charge of burglary, contrary to s.11(1)(b) of the Theft Ordinance, Cap.210. Particulars of the charge are that the defendant together with other another unknown person burgled the shop Ramen Jo situated at ground floor, no.3 of Caroline Hill Road on 23 rd December 2013.
