1. This is an appeal from a judgment of Acting Master H C Wong. Judgment was given for the plaintiff against the 1st defendant in the sum of $16,211,786.34 with interest at the rate of $5,648.91 per day from 31 July 1998 to the date of judgment and thereafter at the judgment rate. The 1st defendant was also ordered to deliver up vacant possession of Flat D on the 11th floor of Block A at Greenland Garden, 67 Lyttelton Road (the "Greenland Garden flat").
